I am taking a break from blogging today. Well, and yesterday. And Monday, but it was a holiday, so there.
I just have a lot going on, and too little time, and too little decent sleep. I'll be back to post by Friday, I swear to ya.
In the meantime, help me out w/ a few things, will ya?:
1. I need some good workout music. I know I asked a few weeks ago on Twitter, & I got some good suggestions, but I want more! Please?
2. I lost my blog roll over there ------>, & tried to re-create it at 12:30 last night. Take a look, and tell me if I missed you (I'm pretty sure I missed some peeps, and please don't take it personal-I am sleep-deprived and was side-tracked by Top Chef).
That is all.

You are cute. That is all.
when I am looking for "new" music for my ipod I search 80's and 90's hits on itunes! I am lame. I have nothing else to add because I suck righ now. But good luck with the work out remix.
I think I need a break too. But maybe for longer.
I'll email you a track list. And then if ya want...I'll mail you a CD...
oh love, i completely empathize with you on your whirlwind life.
it seems like our schedules are pretty similar: full time job, school, kid. except you also have a marriage to nurture, so i think you one-up me :).
hang in there and try to make some "you time" to just bliss out, even if 15 mins is all you can spare. YOU DESERVE IT! :)
when i'm unable to sleep around 11pm tonight (just like the rest of this week), i'll hop on my itunes and comment with some of my workout songs.
honestly, by the end of friday (that's tomorrow, right?) i think i'm going to be seeing shit. lack of sleep + work and school stress + crazy toddler = hallucinations. i feel dangerously close to that point. lol

First of all ... agree with Mom Drinks Rum. Cu T Pie.
Secondly, I like stuff like Green Day and Vampire Weekend when I work out ... but honestly I'm a total dork. Most of my workouts are just plain running ... so I try to find songs where the tempo matches a good stride for me and that is what I use. Nerd.
Ya missed me. ;-) I think. I'm pretty tired, too.
I mainly use mine for running, which I haven't done in a month, since it is now still dark at 5:30am, which is the only time I can get any exercise in. I tend to go for anything that is catchy and has a good beat, but I'm too self-conscious to actually TELL you what that is for me... well, OK. Let me go get my iPod (technically not an iPod, but an mp3 player that a friend found while dumpster diving at an electronics store).
Here's a random selection: Gwen Stefani - Hollaback Girl; Kevin Rudolf - Let it Rock; Adam Ant - Goody Two Shoes; The Killers - Somebody Told Me; Sean Paul - Get Busy; Dexy's Midnight Runners - Come On Eileen; Black Eyed Peas - Boom Boom Pow; OutKast - Hey Ya; Ramones - I Wanna Be Sedated; Rolling Stones - Paint It Black; My Chemical Romance - Welcome to the Black Parade; the remix of Frankie Valley's December 1963 (no idea who did the remix or when it was done, late 80s maybe?); Human League - Don't You Want Me; Green Day - Holiday; Rihanna - Pon de Replay
Yes, I am lame, and I didn't even cop to Gloria Gaynor's I Will Survive... oh hell...
