November's lofty goal


I bought the 30 Day Shred last Friday. I intended to start it last weekend, but was caught up in a freakin' research paper. Now that that is out of the way, I have two remaining research papers this semester, but I can't keep putting off exercise.

So, here's my lofty goal:


I am going to do the 30 Day Shred for 30 days! I plan on starting on Sunday, the 2nd, so I will do it through December 1st. AND! I might actually post pictures of myself. Or not. I don't know. Ick. The thought of my muffin top in all it's jiggly whiteness, for all of you beloveds to see.....just, ICK.


But seriously, 30 days. Every damn day. Let's see how I do. I've read a ton of bloggers' posts and tweets about how kick-ass it is, and also, that it kicks your ass. I'm game.


Anyone want to take the challenge with me? It's only about $12 at Borders and Target.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

The Hubster and I are starting Hydroxycut tomorrow, so if this doesn't work I'm jumping on Jillian's bandwagon

I would do it, but I'm going out of town for about 10 days for Thanksgiving and I wouldn't be able to do it then. I've been collecting her videos, because I am going to start them after January 1st. I bought a Wii Fit, which is fun and a recumbent exercise bike too. But I know I won't have time to do anything consistently til after the holidays. It's always so crazy around here.

I would love to join you on the Jillian Challenge but I can't really justify buying a video at the moment he he. I can try and walk or jog around the neighborhood tho. I think my out-of-work project will be to lose some weight so you can be my inspiration!

I bought it and did it once...and hurt for 3 days after. LOL. I havent' done it since but plan on starting back tonight, actually. You may need to do it every other day for 60 days...and I'm not joking! It's a quick workout but it is HARD CORE. Good luck, though!!
