Music Lover Monday-Taking you back to my meloncholy side

This song brings out the meloncholy in it's finest form in me. My heart aches and I find myself searching frantically for why this song makes me ache. I can close my eyes now, listening to his voice, the lyrics, and I can just feel myself lying on my full-sized bed in the dark, with the blinds open to the stars and streetlight outside, staring out at nothing but the water puddle at the end of my parents' driveway, waiting.....but on what? For what? Why?
I tell you, pure meloncholy.

She looks like the real thing

She tastes like the real thing

My fake plastic love.

But I can't help the feeling

I could blow through the ceiling

If I just turn and run.

And it wears me out, it wears me out.

It wears me out, it wears me out.

And if I could be who you wanted

If I could be who you wanted
All the time, all the time.

you had to steal my heart like that, didn't you? :) fake plastic trees is one of those radiohead tracks that hits you in the center of your gut and ties knots 'til you ache. it is so lovely.

please tell me you nabbed the free mp3 downloads back in august from radiohead.com? they posted two new songs, "these are my twisted words" and "harry patch (in memory of)". i just checked the website, and they still have the posts up, so go download if you haven't! fantastic tracks (not that that's a surprise!)

thom yorke also recorded an exclusive track for the new moon soundtrack; the song is called "hearing damage" and it kicks my ass everytime i listen to it.

hey, how come i talk so fucking much?

it's YOUR FAULT for posting radiohead shit. i blame you.

i'm done, i swear.

love yaaaa :)
